At Smart Land Ltd, we can help you with the Sveaverken F100 automatic steering system. This solution is effectively a retrofit electric motor controlled steering system. When installed, the current steering is replaced and the system automatically controls the tractor during operation.

It calculates the optimum cultivation path based on the table map, so all you have to do is supervise the work from the driver's seat.

The system does the steering, keeps the tractor straight, compensates for terrain, follows the line with 2.5 cm accuracy and makes the turn along the most optimal route.

This not only saves time and energy, it also saves fuel and allows you to carry out your tillage, seeding, spraying and harvesting to a higher standard.

Market leaders invoice their customers for substantial sums each year. A significant proportion of farms are not able to commit to market-leading solutions because they lack the space, machinery or staff to operate them economically.

What is included in the complete package?

- Electric motor driven steering! We will replace the current steering of the tractor with a new electric motor driven system that will control the tractor easily.

- Satellite receiver with one antenna! We will install a satellite receiver unit on the tractor. This will detect the exact position of the tractor.

- Wheel angle sensor! We install a special sensor on the tractor's wheels that accurately detects the position of the wheels. This allows the system to accurately track the current position of the tractor.

- Monitor with the control software! A 10-inch monitor is placed in the cab to easily control the entire steering system.

- Build your own RTK base! We build your own RTK base station, which provides the correction GPS signal for the tractor. This results in an accuracy of ±2.5 cm during line keeping. The special feature is that you will have your own base station, so there are no additional costs, with a range of 25-30 km.

- Continuous support! You can contact us or the manufacturer at any time with any questions or technical problems.

- 2 years full warranty! The manufacturer offers a 2-year full warranty on the main parts. They will repair or replace these parts free of charge during the warranty period.

- Replacement free of charge in case of failure! If the system should fail for any reason, we will provide a replacement unit free of charge so that you are not out of work while the repair is being carried out.
