BSC ISOBUS Sectional and Volume Control

The MachineryGuide BSC ISOBUS controller is specifically designed for retrofitting an existing non-ISOBUS sprayer. For the price of a new ISOBUS-compatible sprayer, you can upgrade your existing sprayer for a fraction of the cost of a new one.

There are no prerequisites for the installation of the system on the sprayer, i.e. with our BSC ISOBUS controller, ANY sprayer can be converted to ISOBUS. Neither the age nor the design of the sprayer limits the conversion: it is compatible with any type of valve (motorised, solenoid, 2- or 3-wire, 2- or 3-way) up to 12 stages. After the modernisation, your old, well-proven sprayer will be able to perform both speed-dependent rate control, automatic batching and site-specific application via the terminal, according to the requirements of the times.

Practical use is extremely simple, essentially after setting up the system before starting work, you only need to press a single button on the display to start spraying and the system then automates everything:
- The application rate is maintained at the set target application rate (litres/ha) throughout the entire work, regardless of speed, gimbal speed, number of sections just switched on, nozzle wear, etc.
- It switches sections on and off depending on which are overlapping and which are not.
- It also monitors the direction of travel, and if reversing is required (typically at the ends of signs or corners), it will automatically switch off spraying and then switch it back on again on repeated advances.
