If you need to survey to submit an application, mobilGazda will be your good friend, as it not only shows the cadastral boundaries on the map while measuring, but also the edge of the eligible areas. Shape file and EOV output.
For automatic steering, MobilGazda outputs tables in WGS84. This allows you to kill two birds with one measurement.
Since the MobilGazda map cannot be approximated enough, the fit to the cadastre will be accurate to within 10-15 cm.
