Description
**CHCNAV NX612**

The CHCNAV NX612 universal kit is an improved, new generation automatic steering system that can be installed in agricultural machines without preparation. As it is the market leader in terms of price/performance ratio, it offers its users great potential for both new and used agricultural machinery. It can be installed to achieve significant productivity gains, save fuel and reduce fatigue and tiredness, as the operator does not have to keep track of the trail during the day.

**CHCNAV display**
The new 30 cm colour touchscreen display is designed specifically for use in agricultural environments, with IP67 protection. In addition to the increased performance of the processor, it has been upgraded with a new generation graphics processing unit and a neural processing unit, making it suitable for next generation precision farming.
The display has a higher resolution and brightness, also for ease of use. Up to 4 cameras can be connected, allowing a 360-degree panoramic view for a safe overview of the machine's surroundings.

**AgNav 5.0 software**
And the AgNav 5.0 software on the display is the latest version of a perfectly engineered control software with features that support multiple heading recording options, including AB line, A+ heading, contour and irregular arc. In addition, it gives us control of the end-of-board turn at the touch of a button. These functions cover almost all the agricultural operations associated with general steering used on the board. The new software also allows 2D and 3D visualisation, and includes a range of other professional settings, among others:

- simple/professional setup options
- customizable coverage map
- tool initiated/stopped coverage map recording
- extended end-of-table turnaround setup options
- online map management
- cloud-based data storage and sharing

**ISOBUS**
The new AgNav 5.0 software allows you to control your work tools on the CHCNAV display thanks to the ISOBUS protocol. All the necessary functions for working can be controlled from a single display. The ISOBUS tool can even be used to create an application map.

**CHCNAV GPS antenna**
The CHCNAV PA-5 GPS antenna included in the kit can now receive signals from BDS and L-BAND satellites in addition to GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS. With these satellites, the system can maintain a signal accuracy of 20-30 cm. If a more accurate signal reception is required, the RTK 4G correction signal service can be purchased as an option, as the GPS antenna has an integrated 4G modem. When using the RTK correction signal, the system can maintain an accuracy of up to 2.5 cm. Of course, if you have your own VHF system, you can also receive and process the signal from that system.

**CHCNAV steering controller**
The new ergonomically designed CHCNAV steering motor with its renewed shape is a brand-independent universal steering motor that can control the agricultural machine via the steering column. Several steering motor parameters can be adjusted via the display, including the possibility to change the intensity and steering force as required by the user and working environment.
An integrated steering lock and an ergonomic steering knob designed for the steering wheel make operation even more comfortable when manual steering is required. The height of the steering motor has been significantly reduced, giving the operator even greater freedom of movement. We can provide steering adapters for John Deere, Claas, Fendt, New Holland, Case IH, Deutz-Fahr, Massey Ferguson, JCB, Challenger, Landini, Valtra, Steyer, McCormick, Kubota, Zetor, MTZ, Arbos, Same. And the multi-language AgNav software on the display is a perfectly engineered control software that supports multiple alignment recording options including AB line, A+ heading, contour and irregular arc. In addition, it controls the end-of-board turn for us at the touch of a button. These functions cover almost all the agricultural operations associated with general steering used on the board.

**CHCNAV GPS antenna**
The CHCNAV GPS antenna included in the kit is capable of receiving signals from several satellites, including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou and QZSS. If a more accurate signal reception is required, the RTK 4G correction signal service can be purchased as an option, as the GPS antenna has an integrated 4G modem.
