Farmers, ATTENTION!

In addition to the requests for proposals, we regularly receive important questions, and our answers to these questions will be published on our website and here on Agroinform, in case they are useful to others. It is worth following our posts.

1.
First of all, you need to make sure that you are asking for a quote for the right machines and equipment. The systems can be customised without any particular problem by using the manufacturer's recommended accessories, which will make the system the most manageable.

The easiest way to clarify the answers is to call +36 70 567 23 23.

(Please bear with us, we are working with a lot of owners at the same time, so calls are often back-to-back, but we will get back to you!)

Before you call us, please have the following information ready:

- the amount of feed to be prepared at one time,
- the ceiling height of the room where the system is to be installed,
- for auger conveyors, the required hourly capacity, the required lifting height,
- the amount of electricity available at the connection point (!),
- what is the idea for the discharge, what is the next step in the feed preparation after grinding, mixing, etc.

Once we have successfully passed the planning stage, please send your request for a quotation - as discussed on the phone - by e-mail to info@bestforfarmers.hu or here on the site under the Contact tab.

The following information is REQUIRED:

- Name
- Name and address
- Tax number
- Name of contact person
- Contact person e-mail address
- Contact telephone number
- List of machines and accessories covered by the tender.

As you can see from the above, the more information we have, the faster we can send you a quote!

After a well thought-out design, we will finalise our offer, which will be closed with a digital signature, after which no changes will be possible!

If you would like to know more in advance, you can request a quotation in batches, even for machines of different sizes, power and capacity.

After reviewing the quotation, we expect your reply by e-mail, which machines and accessories should remain in the quotation, after which we will finalise and close the quotation as described above.

2. Why choose M-ROL as your brand? There are other players on the market, in advertising...

This is a legitimate and understandable question, as it is not easy to choose the right long-term machine and manufacturer from the huge (and growing) range.

Professional, almost studio-style photos, polished machines, catchy headlines in every advertisement, important information sometimes seems to get lost (technological experience, warranty conditions, service background, spare parts supply...etc.)

Often, the advertised "brand name" is not followed by a simple Google search to find the manufacturer...

We can't comment on the merits of these "distributors", of course we see and hear the problems, our owners tell us the stories on a daily basis.

For example: company No. 1 advertises M-ROL machines on its own website as a "represented brand", but gives a quote for another brand or not at all, the farmer waits weeks before he even gets a reply. One wonders how important the customer is to them if they don't even answer the phone...

In our second example, a third company sends a quote to a company that also advertises M-ROL machines on its own website, from the e-mail address of a fourth (!) company, half of it for M-ROL machines, half for other brands, explaining that it "has no data for M-ROL machines"... The question arises, on the one hand, with whom will the bidder do business now, and on the other hand, how available will be the machine in the bid at the end of the tender, not to mention the warranty services and spare parts supply.

Unfortunately, in the past year we tried to help a lot of damaged farmers who got into trouble, and no technical support or spare parts were available for the machine purchased at a price of 20-30 thousand forints cheaper from another company, and they could not even install or use it...

Unfortunately, our possibilities are limited, and although we would like to help everyone, but we had to make a decision, so we write here for information that in the future we can only provide GUARANTEED SERVICE ON M-ROL MACHINES PURCHASED BY US! Thank you for your understanding!

Our third case is even more strange, because on the company's website, M-ROL is listed under the represented brands (completely irregularly), but Agroinform advertises at least 5 (!) machines of different colours, under different brands, with similar sounding, without branding... It doesn't seem logical to advertise similar groups of machines and create competition for oneself, I can't really see how the salesman can argue in favour of one brand or another. Is it a nicer colour?!.... or is it because it has a higher margin?

As I said, we cannot deal with these cases in any meaningful way, but we have written down the experiences of our owners for information. Let the wise man learn from it.

But we much prefer to describe why WE work with M-ROL as a brand.

Facts, in short:

- For 50 years this year, M-ROL Sp.z.o.o. has been manufacturing optimised feed preparation and crop handling machines for small and medium farms.
