Dutch dairy farms (95% of dairy farms) are equipped with rest stalls. The stalls occupy a very important place in the barn, as they are where the cows are, where the cow ruminates, produces milk and rests. Therefore, it must be a comfortable place for the cow. To achieve this, well-maintained litter is essential.
The type of bedding material plays a very important role and the bedding should be freshened and changed regularly.
Flingk offers different spreaders for different types of bedding materials and different situations for a good and efficient distribution of bedding material.
In terms of dispensing volume, Flingk manufactures and proposes different types for deep-bottom and mattress boxes.

KSS is the all-rounder. This spreader has been developed to distribute heavier and more difficult to handle bedding types, such as horse manure or chalk/water/straw mix. The hopper has a special shape to allow the bedding material to sink easily. Two separately operated feed rollers with powerful hydraulic motors prevent clogging. The spreader is capable of processing sawdust, crushed straw, shredded straw, dry compost, green manure, horse manure, lime and lime/water/straw mixes.
Sawdust, ground straw, ground rapeseed straw, dry box compost, sawdust /
ground flax and lime, pure lime and straw pellets, the optional adjustable bottom plate is required.
