Dutch dairy farms (import: Frowgolf, UK). The stalls occupy a very important place in the barn, as they are where the cows are, where the cow ruminates, produces milk and rests. Therefore, it must be a comfortable place for the cow. To achieve this, well-maintained litter is essential.
The type of bedding material plays a very important role and the bedding should be freshened and changed regularly. Flingk offers different spreaders for different types of bedding materials and different situations for a good and efficient distribution of bedding material.
In terms of dispensing volume, Flingk manufactures and proposes different types for deep-bottom and mattress boxes.

The SX bedder is not equipped with rollers but with an oscillating mechanism in the hopper.
As there is no rotating roller, the machine has a longer lifetime.
Thanks to the thick plates, Hardox shovel, Hardox wear parts and extra thick triple-layer conveyor belt, the machine is ideal for spreading sand, lime and straw pellets.
The opening of the oscillating mechanism is adjustable so that both dry and wet sand can be processed.
This bedding machine is equipped with a speed control device as standard to allow precise distribution.
