The technical features of the T422 are already blowing us away:
- 15 metres of clearance;

Our Golden Farmer in Szentes realised what a help this machine could be for him when harvesting in 2022, when he was harvesting a field of ledges that had not yet reached the desired moisture content and unfortunately had been rained on. At the wrong time...

After harvesting, the seeds had to be moved and aired for days, weeks, to prevent them from getting stuffy, rotting and retaining their nutritional value.
According to him, if he could have dried only 2% of the leather with the machine, that would have been a great help...
And that's certainly all the T422 can do, based on the technical data we know so far.
Not to mention how much more convenient it would have been to just "vacuum" the core than to move it with a shovel, using human power...

Next year, there will certainly be no such problem, because this multifunctional "grain vacuum cleaner" is already a new addition to our Golden Host's fleet.

The T422 is relatively simple to operate.
The 11 kW motor creates a powerful vacuum with the help of a fan inside the machine, which transfers the grain to the cyclone via a large suction head at the end of a 4 m flexible tube.
Here, the grains are slowed down and lowered in a circular, grain-friendly manner to the bottom of the cyclone, where a separately motorised paddle feeder feeds the grain in small doses into the strong air stream moving forward.
A discharge chute of rigid, acid-resistant tubes, assembled with two 45-degree elbows, delivers the grain to a height of 11 m, where a specially designed discharge head ensures that the operation does not end in a shotgun-style "corn crib pull" but instead gently discharges the grain from the tube in the direction of the pile.

The farmer with such a cool machine in his yard suddenly has a thousand crops that need exactly the T422.

Some people have moved sand dumped in the wrong place for construction (in a way, of course, since everyone knows what sandblasting is good for...), we've been asked to do it for green roofs, for granulated glass foam, for larger farms, for sawdust mulching...etc.
The possibilities are endless!
