The capacity of the hatcher may vary depending on the size of the eggs; for maximum capacity, we recommend hatching eggs of size M.

The MS-320 professional hatcher is made of high quality stainless steel, ensuring optimum temperature and constant humidity, creating a favourable environment for the artificial hatching of eggs and ensuring quick and easy cleaning and disinfection of the machine. The control unit (located on top of the stainless steel housing of the incubator) allows the user to make all the necessary adjustments for the incubation of the eggs. The incubator door has a small heat-resistant glass window that allows monitoring of the egg status without opening the incubator door.

Unlike other incubator models, this model is equipped with an inverter (a device that converts direct current into alternating current). The incubator is equipped with: a display panel showing the internal temperature and humidity of the incubator; 4 trays, each connected to a rotary motor for automatic egg rotation; a temperature and humidity control sensor; an alarm system when the humidity reaches a lower or upper limit; a ventilation system to ensure a constant temperature inside the incubator; and an ovoscope. The heating resistor of the incubator model is 150 W and the egg-rotating motor 4 W.

The humidification solution of the MS-320 professional incubator differs from classical incubators, where humidification is achieved by means of a resistor. By heating the resistor in the water, the water reaches a high temperature and starts to evaporate, creating a favourable environment for egg hatching. This type of incubator achieves the right humidity by means of motorised discs in the water tank. The motor continuously rotates the discs, causing the water to evaporate as they move and heat up, thus creating the optimum conditions for egg incubation inside the incubator.

The incubator has 5 trays, so it has a hatching capacity of 320 chicken eggs, but is also suitable for incubating duck, goose, quail, etc. eggs. To set it up, place it in a room at room temperature (18-20°C). After setting it up, let it stand for a few hours until it reaches a temperature close to room temperature. Then connect it to a normal 220 V socket, set the device according to the eggs to be incubated and fill it with eggs.

With this incubator you can hatch different types of eggs (hen, duck, goose, quail, etc.). As the incubation process is fully automatic, we guarantee that if all instructions are followed and the eggs meet all fertility conditions, the chickens will hatch 98% of the time.
