Description
The crop crushers are suitable for crushing and crushing the seeds of all cereals (barley, oats, wheat, rye), leguminous crops for concentrate feed, maize, peas and flax.

The modern production technology of crushed fodder has many advantages over the milling method and allows the production of high quality fodder.

The digestibility of forage produced by the crushing process is 95% (only 70% for milled forage), and the electricity consumption is significantly lower than for milling. The technology results in low powder fraction content. The design of the housing ensures a high degree of compactness of the crop roper and allows precise and accurate mounting of the elements.

Resin coated grain crushing rollers made of cast iron or steel ensure high performance, durability and operational safety.

The foot length adjustment (optional) makes it easier to load the material into the hopper and facilitates the placement of a larger container under the crop drip.

The system of three grain crushing cylinders allows the crushing of large grains (maize, beans, peas, field peas) in one operation.

The gap control mechanism between the rollers allows the gap size to be precisely adjusted during the operation and the inter-axial alignment of the grain rollers to be maintained.

The magnetic separator protects the crop stripper from metal spillage.

Three possible leg lengths:

For the ATLAS series, it is possible to use low or high legs (optional equipment) instead of medium height legs (standard equipment). The use of a high leg allows the transport trolley to be positioned under the crop spreader.

It is possible to use a bag clamp (optional) and a loading skid.

The feeder allows the amount of crop fed to be adjusted to the size of the slot.
