Citiwell Cruise electric scooter

The Citiwell electric scooter provides modern and environmentally friendly urban transport. As well as being stylish and easy to drive, electric scooters are zero emission and completely silent, making them a joy to drive anywhere.

Drive, brakes
Bosch's (3000W) brushless brain motor provides excellent acceleration (outperforms petrol scooters) and grip. A two-position gearshift lets you choose the ideal speed range, while front and rear disc brakes ensure safety and short stopping distances. When braking, the energy released is converted into electricity by the Energy Recovery System (EBS).

Battery, LED lighting
The necessary power is provided by 2 60V 28Ah lithium-ion batteries. The Battery Management System (BMS) installed in the battery protects the cells, preventing the battery from overheating or overcharging. In addition to its protective functions, it provides useful, detailed information on the battery's status.
Dual batteries are paired with a dual cable for increased battery life and convenience (no need to stop to switch to the other battery). The batteries are submerged and charged together (for on-board charging only), so they reach the manufacturer's guaranteed no-loss-of-power charge number later. Furthermore, the full LED lighting guarantees minimum power consumption.

Safety
The electric scooter is equipped with a USB charging socket (so you can conveniently charge your smartphone or other mobile devices while driving) and a built-in alarm. The alarm is also equipped with an anti-displacement protection; if an unauthorised person tries to take the scooter away, the electric motor will start to drive in the opposite direction, preventing displacement.

Charge
If necessary, the battery can be removed for charging, with the quick charger (standard accessory) fully charged in up to 3.5 hours using the supplied IP67 protected charger, from any household 230V socket.

Other
The dashboard is easy to read and provides a range of feedback (speed, battery charge level, lights, direction indicator, mileage, other status feedback). The maximum range is for information only. The distance you can travel depends on the battery condition, driver weight, terrain, outside temperature, tyre condition, throttle use and the current battery discharge rate. The product is delivered assembled and installed by a professional service technician.

Warranty
3 years legal warranty, 2 years for the battery or 600 charging cycles (for consumers). The mandatory warranty is only valid for consumers, i.e. natural persons acting outside their trade, profession, self-employment or business. In the case of organisations and companies that are not consumers, the importer provides a voluntary guarantee for a period of 1 year from the date of invoicing, subject to the exclusions set out below.
