In the meantime, I got a hydraulic forestry winch!
For sale due to a change of category, the Unimog with factory long flatbed shown in the pictures, from daily use. The cab of the truck has been stripped, 90% complete, ready for work; a few spots have been missed, but the restoration is documented in photos throughout! 14,5 R20 tires on front, 2000 km. Last six months:
- Overhauled starter
- New battery
- Replaced belts
- Engine, gearbox, difi, portal drive, clutch, servo and brake oils changed, all filters included
- New upper and lower clutch working cylinder
- New exhaust brake tread valve
- New clutch (metal-clean)
- Other small things.
Faults:
- The flatbed needs repairs depending on use.
- Synchronizer ring worn in 6-7 gears in the shifter (upshift is fine, but double clutch is needed for downshifts).
Replacement may be of interest.
