The robust JANSEN® TM-170 tractor mower bar has a working width of 1.70 m and is ideal for small tractors. Due to its low power requirements, it can be operated with tractors as low as 18 HP. The mowing bar is lightweight and thanks to the double blade system, it leaves a clean cut even at cutting speeds of 10 km/h. This mower is particularly suitable for mowing meadows, pastures and banks. The blades are driven by 2 V-belts driven by the tractor's PTO at 540 rpm. The cardan shaft is included in the delivery. It is characterised by particularly low maintenance requirements and low energy consumption. After mowing, the cut grass is deposited in a single strip. The mower bar is equipped with mechanical impact protection to prevent damage to the machine. The mower can be raised and lowered hydraulically. This requires a single hydraulic connection on the tractor.
