It has an extremely robust construction with specially reinforced cone gears. It has a cutting width of 142 cm and is tractor powered. 24 specially hardened hammer blades weighing 0.8 kg are arranged in 4 rows around the drive shaft, which crush the grass to the minimum. The mower has a very heavy rear roller and a free-wheel drive. The height of the mowing can be adjusted by means of the side runners. The front of the mower has vibrating galvanized slats to prevent stones from flying out. It is attached to the tractor by means of a 3-point suspension (Cat I), but Cat II is also possible with the aid of a converter. The tractor must have at least 20-30 hp.

The transmission is supplied in dry condition. Fill with approx. 1 l of 80W90 oil when first used!

The hinged rear plate makes it suitable for chopping straw and ensures easier maintenance and repair.

The double helix on the rotor loads the rotor evenly and ensures extremely smooth running and long life with much less effort. Even very tall grass and thick straw are no problem for this mulcher!

Our mulcher is very well made. They have proven over the years that they are up to the job, whether it's grazing pastures for horses or ditches, or even mowing and crushing at the same time. Our mulchers are mainly used for landscaping, but they are also used in municipal services, forestry for the maintenance of soil surfaces where trees have been planted, in orchards and vineyards, between fruit trees and bushes. They are made of thick material and have a robust power transmission. The special design helps to ensure even crushing.

Given its robust design, the mulcher can easily process branches and small pieces of wood without damaging the machine.
