Mulchers BOXER
The BOXER type is mainly used for the maintenance of green areas (parks, golf courses, landscaped areas, etc.), but can also be used in vineyards and plantations. The rotor, through its standardised design, creates overpressure and lifts the mowing material (grass, leaves, branches, etc.) from the ground level, cuts it and then crushes it or conveys the material to the machine's basket. The crushed material remains in the basket until it is opened and emptied by means of the hydraulic cylinder. The stem crusher incorporates the proven, reliable double-spiral rotor, which is capable of crushing branches up to 5 cm in diameter. The double spiral rotor with 45º working attachments in the BOXER type stem crusher reduces energy consumption, tractor power requirements, quieter operation and less wear on bearings and components.
