The KB 3011 B is an extremely versatile dry crusher.

With a working width of 3 metres, it is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized farms.
It can also be operated with the most common MTZ power machines in our country.
The machine is suitable for crushing any kind of tall and dense vegetation.

Applications: corn stalks, sunflowers, pastures, weed and weedy areas.

The crusher is suspended in transport position and towed in working position.
The machine rolls on 2 ball wheels during operation.
Both the height (0-250 mm) and the width of the crusher can be adjusted on the wheel frame.

The crusher can crush 4 rows of maize or sunflower.
The KB 3011 B has 1 horizontal crushing shaft.
The rotor has a swinging knife design.

The 10 mm wall thickness, hot rolled, S355 steel grade tube shaft is fitted with flanges welded on the tube shaft, with 25 mm diameter pins, and Y or hammer blades fixed with self-locking nuts. The shaft is fitted with 96 60 x 10 Y knives or 36 hammer knives, as required.

The number of crushing shaft knives allows for double coverage of the area, ensuring extremely fine crushing of vegetation.

(The knives are double-edged, reversible after wear. One set of knives can crush 1000-1500 ha depending on the weight and density of the material.)

The shaft can also be fitted with hammer knives. Number of hammer blades: 36.
It is not possible to change the knives on the shaft alone.
The knives, despite being made on an automatic machine, are not of equal weight. (The difference can be 5-8 grams per knife. At such high speeds, such a weight will cause tremors.)
An unbalanced shaft will cause resonance, leading to failure of the shaft crusher and the power machine.

The crusher can be supplied with a Y or hammer blade. But a shaft mounted with a hammer knife can also be ordered with a Y knife. (And vice versa.)
So by buying 1 machine and an extra shaft, you will have 2 universal machines.
We recommend the Y-blade shaft crusher for ploughland, and the hammer-blade shaft crusher for more weedy, neglected acacia scrub.

The smooth running of the shafts is ensured by the computer-calibrated dynamic balancing of the crusher shafts.
It is also possible to balance the shaft of the shaft crusher in the event of resonance.
The resonance can be caused by the wear of the blades or by hitting a billet.

The manufacturer's balancing machine is a prerequisite for the long-term operation of the shaft crusher!
The horizontal shaft of the shaft crusher, the only one of its kind in the country, can be brought back for dynamic balancing at any time.
It is not worth working with a shaking, shaking machine. More efficient crushing is ensured by two rows of stationary knives, two rows of solid welded counter-blade slates screwed to the inner side of the plate.

Supplied with a thick-walled, free-running universal joint.

The connection between the shaft crusher drive and the main shaft is provided by a six-row V-belt via the feed shaft.
The belt pulleys are made of steel, which will not break or bounce when the bearing is replaced, unlike the cast pulley.
The machine is equipped with an opening tailgate. The rear door should be kept closed for maize and sunflowers, for greater suction effect.
When crushing pastures, the door can be opened for a higher crushing speed.
