Extremely robust construction with specially reinforced cone gears. The cutting width is 132 cm. Powered by a tractor. 24 specially hardened hammer blades weighing 0.8 kg are arranged in rows around the drive shaft, which crush the grass to the minimum possible size. The mower has a very heavy rear roller and a free-wheel drive. The mowing height is adjustable by means of the side runners. The front of the mower has vibrating galvanized slats to prevent stones from flying out. It is attached to the tractor by means of a 3-point suspension (Cat. I or higher). The tractor must have at least 30 hp. The mower shall be equipped with 350 mm hydraulic lateral movement on each side.

The hinged rear plate makes it suitable for chopping straw and also ensures easier maintenance and repair.

A double helix on the rotor evenly loads the rotor and ensures extremely smooth running and long life with much less effort. Even very tall grass and thick straw are no problem for this mulcher!

The transmission is delivered dry. Before use, fill with approx. 1 l of 80W90 oil.

Our mulcher is very well made. Over the years, it has proved its worth whether it is used in pastures for horses or in ditches, or mowing and crushing at the same time. Our mulchers are mainly used for landscaping, but are also used in municipal services, forestry for the maintenance of soil where trees have been planted, in orchards and vineyards, between fruit trees and bushes. They are made of thick material and have a robust power transmission. The special design helps to ensure even crushing.

Given its robust design, the mulcher can easily process branches and small pieces of wood without damaging the machine.
