Thanks to the specially designed drawbar, the MOUNTAINPRESS 550 TPL is towed sideways by the tractor, especially for small tractors with a low centre of gravity, to avoid running over the haystack. All the baler's controls can be operated from the driver's seat. An acoustic signal warns the operator when the bale is fully assembled. The wrapping cycle is operated by the electric control panel and the forming chamber is opened and closed by hydraulic controls on the tractor. Power transmission by universal joint shaft.
