Description
The Z577 self-loading bale wrapper has a side-loading bale hook that ensures fast and efficient work, as bale loading and wrapping is done on the go until the next bale or storage location. The machine is equipped with a film cutting and film gripping device, which means that user intervention is only required when a new film roll is applied. After the wrapping process is completed, the bale can be erected by means of the bale transport device, which reduces the risk of damage to the film.

It is equipped with a modern, universal 500 mm and 750 mm film feeder. The distance between the bale pick-up arm and the rollers is adjustable, so that bales of 1200 x 1200 as well as 1200 x 1500 mm can be wrapped. The bale wrapper has a rotation system of the running wheel, which results in a smaller transport width and increases stability during work (greater machine width). The special structure of four rotating rollers prevents the bale from sliding during wrapping. Direct transmission of power to the special cage bearing of the rotary table ensures quiet, reliable operation compared to chain drive. The machine is controlled from the tractor cab by means of a three-point hydraulic control lever with bovden guide. The bale wrapper has a programmable counter that shows the number of bales currently wrapped, the time worked, the number of bales, the average number of bales per hour. The counter consists of three independent display sections.
