The "forward-backward" technology system allows working in the same direction as the baling direction (along the length of the field), ensures fast and efficient baling and wrapping on the fly until the next bale is produced, and allows the baler to be connected to the baler, allowing the bale to be prepared and wrapped in one workflow.
The universal foil dispenser (SIPMA OS 7530 MAJA and SIPMA OS 7531 MAJA) is suitable for dispensing foil widths of 0.5 and 0.75 m.
The foil dispenser is equipped with resin coated aluminium rollers to ensure pre-stretching and proper adhesion of the foil during packaging.
The bale transport system allows the bale to be placed on the sheet or rolled on the ground and protects the film from possible damage during discharge.
The bale counter indicates the current number of turns and informs you when the bale wrapping process is complete.
The wide tyres allow working on wet and peaty ground.
The hydraulic foil gripper and foil cutter are automatically activated after each turn during bale wrapping. Thanks to its application, the wrapping process is significantly accelerated and efficiency is increased.
A drawbar that can be adjusted to the operating and transport position makes harvesting more efficient. It facilitates the transfer and transport of the machine on dirt roads and public roads.
The SIPMA OS 7531 MAJA with bale transport system is a fully automated, self-loading machine that can be connected to a power machine. The automation of the entire process is ensured by an advanced control system with pre-programmable working parameters.
ON-BOARD CONTROL UNIT
Electronic control options:
- manual or fully automatic operation of the bale wrapper,
- graphic display of the current wrapping process,
- measurement of the number of bales wrapped,
- programming of the number of layers of wrapping material (depending on the film width), after which the control automatically switches to the next work process,
- display of the status of the sensors (evaluation of their functionality), which allows the replacement of the defective sensor on the spot, without the need for service,
- display of the total number of bales wrapped since the installation of the electronic control,
- automatic setting of the machine in the operating or transport position,
- possibility to change the number of turns of the worktable without stopping the wrapping process,
- the possibility of pausing and restarting the automatic mode of the worktable at the storage location,
- management of foreign languages.
