Description
The SIPMA RB 1200 KRUK and SIPMA RB 1500 KRUK bale extractors are designed for the removal, spreading or spreading of baled straw, hay and haylage in livestock buildings or open areas.
The universal design of the bale extractors allows the distribution of silage/charcoal and the spreading of straw in livestock buildings and open areas. The SIPMA RB 1200 KRUK is suitable for breaking down cylindrical bales and the SIPMA RB 1500 KRUK for breaking down cylindrical bales and log bales.
The electronic controls in the SIPMA RB 1500 KRUK bale breaker and the three-section hydraulic distributor of the SIPMA RB 1200 KRUK bale breaker allow the machine to be controlled from the operator's cab.
The hydraulically controlled discharge chute allows the chopped material to be fed directly into the chute and allows the discharge range to be adjusted up to a distance of approximately 14 m (e.g. when spreading straw). In the case of the SIPMA RB 1500 KRUK bale extractor, the direction of the rotating discharge chute can be infinitely adjusted in an angle of 200°.
The knife roller breaks up the material and then transfers it to the ejector rotary blade, ensuring high capacity and performance of the machine. The SIPMA RB 1500 KRUK model is equipped with two demolition rollers.
A grid mounted above the knife roller ensures even feeding of the material onto the knife roller, prevents clogging of the machine and increases its durability and reliability.
The mechanical, chain-driven transfer mechanism can operate at infinitely variable speeds thanks to the hydraulic motor.
The rear loading wall of the bale extractor, operated by a hydraulic lifting arm, allows easy and quick loading of bales.
Thanks to the oil flow regulator integrated in the hydraulic distributor, it is possible to vary the speed of the floor unit that conveys the material to the breaking roller. The advantage of this solution is to adapt the linear speed of the conveying unit to the nature of the material being broken up and to optimise the machine's operational capabilities.
