Description
APV pasteurizer made in 1999, used until 2004. The machine was only in service for 5 years, since then it has been in storage.
Capacity: 15 000 l/h.
In addition to heat treatment of fibrous fruit, it is suitable for heat treatment of any product, taking into account the storage time.
Pasteuriser with hot water boiler (100/80 °C).
Counter-current water-cooled.
Temperature range: 16-80-95 °C - temperature control - 30 °C.
Other timings can be set.
Temperature control: 30-40 sec.
2 kW.
In need of partial refurbishment (sealing).
