Description
Automatic bottling line for sale, 2019 production, suitable for bottling beer and soft drinks. Capacity up to 450 bottles/hour. Compact production line with low space requirements. Currently configured for 0.33 litre beer bottles, but can be adapted to fill other beverage and bottle sizes with minimal modification. The manufacturer (SCH Automatika Ltd.) can provide conversion, installation and service under a separate agreement. The process includes: infeed conveyor, automatic bottle rinsing, dripping, 10 filling stems, vacuum filling before filling. Vacuum pump and vacuum tank are included in the price. Pre-closure foaming with sterile (UV) water, crown sealer, crown seal dispenser, discharge conveyor.
