Description
1. Flusher, stainless steel, for bottles with ten flushing positions and a maximum diameter of 115 mm.
2. Degassing station, high vacuum pump, sucks 90% of the air out of the cylinder; after which the cylinder can be filled with the neutral gas (N2 - CO2) chosen by the customer.
3. Gravity filler with 12 filling valves, with slight air restriction, for cylinders up to 115 mm diameter.
4. The gas injector intrudes the air space of the cylinder before plugging.
5. The 4140 plugging unit. The plugging unit is suitable for use with cork and synthetic corks.
6. Screw plugging unit (4295) 4 roller rolling head, (STELVYN) for capsule insertion.
