Description
The nail mixers are modern tools with exceptionally durable mixing drives for the most demanding dough types. The unique U-shaped mixing tool allows for precise and gentle mixing and is specially designed for higher consistency rye flour dough. By selecting the speed for the first and second speed, you have the option to adapt the corner mixer to the dough.

The unique shape of the mixer guarantees smoothness and precise mixing of the ingredients. Possibility of rotation adjustment by a technologist for the first and second speed - selection of a specific dough mixing speed. A scraper is supplied as standard for easy bowl cleaning. The fixed bowl spiral mixers can be made of lacquered steel. Stainless steel can be supplied on request. The machines are manufactured in accordance with the relevant EU regulations and the latest health and safety standards in the workplace.
