The DVC1 is designed to process small and large spelt, processing less than 200 tonnes per year. Different grids are available to adapt to the size of the grain.
The DVC1 performs three operations:
- Shelling of the raw product,
- extraction of the husk and dust,
- separation of the hulled and unhulled grains.
This gentle husking method allows the grains to retain their good germination capacity.
