Description
FM ovens are available in four sizes (100, 110, 130, 150).
Each size is available in two versions: standard or cupola.
Standard versions can be made in painted metal or stainless steel.
Cupola versions are made with an extra insulating clay-based shell to improve the oven's insulation.
The same Cupola versions can be finished with coloured microporous plaster (Coccio Pesto), natural stone mosaics or ceramic tiles supplied by the customer.
Optional analogue control system with thermostatic temperature control.
Special "Sorrentino" baking sheets for "napoletana" pizza or bread are available on request.
Optional brick arch on the front of the oven, for Standard and Cupola versions in sizes 100 and 110.
Wide choice of colours and combinations of natural stones for mosaic surfaces.
