Details:
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel container for storing wine, beer, water, brandy, soft drinks, milk, honey!
The tanks are made of AISI 304 corrosion resistant steel alloy. Plate thickness 0,75 mm.
The legs of the conical-bottomed tanks are fixed, while the legs of the flat-bottomed ones can be easily detached like a rack.
You can order a tank with a capacity of 35 L - 430 L, with standard equipment, you can pick it up in our warehouse within 1-2 days, or we can deliver it to your door after viewing!
The price includes the basic equipment of the tank, such as: floating lid, dust cover, stainless plastic 1/2" tap(s), foot.
In any case, please inquire, because not all tanks have all accessories (e.g. the foot may be missing)!
Instructions for use:
The tank is assembled.
Rinse with warm, soapy water and rinse. After drying, the tank is ready for use!
After filling with the desired product, place the floating lid on top of the liquid.
After inserting the lid, fill the gap between the lid and the tank with food grade paraffin oil. This way the floating lid of the container is hermetically sealed, even after the liquid has been dispensed! Depending on the size of the tank, the filling can be done with about 0,5-2 dl of paraffin.
When the wine has run out, the paraffin is also drained out, the tank is cleaned as described above.
The tank is then ready for use again (it is advisable to use fresh, non-oxidising oil for each refill).
IMPORTANT: Excessive sulphurisation or chlorine-containing detergents can damage the tank, causing increased corrosion!
