The NEGRI BIO bio branch chippers are recommended by the manufacturer for composting plant waste from the maintenance of green areas up to 7 cm branch thickness. The purpose of branch chipping is to reduce the volume and/or to produce wood chips which can be used as mulch or as fuel in a suitable boiler.

The strong suction power of the feed hopper facilitates the shredding of leaves and green waste. Wood branches up to 7 cm in diameter can be chopped quickly and easily without a separate intake device. The material to be shredded is loaded into the special feed hopper and shredded by a fixed, hardened steel knife and 8 reversible steel hammers. The adjustable refining grate guarantees a uniform shred size.

NEGRI BIO R95 GRINDERS are available in 8 models, 2 electric, 5 petrol and one TLT powered. The latter, the NEGRI BIO R95T branch chipper, mounted behind the tractor, easily chops branches up to 7 cm in diameter with excellent chopping quality and a minimum power output of 15 HP, and a chopping capacity of up to 6 m3/h.
