JAPA 505 PRO automatic cutting and slicing machine
The Japa 505 provides the power and productivity to produce large quantities of firewood.

The Japa 505 combines ease of operation, safety and efficiency for professional production of high quality firewood in log diameters up to 50 cm. The intelligent hydraulic system automatically optimises the machine's performance. The Japa 505 is available in two versions: the Japa 505 and the Japa 505 KOMBI. The user can choose between a 15 kW electric motor, a tractor TLT drive shaft or a combination of the two for even greater flexibility in the work.

"The Japa 505 meets our customers' needs by offering the largest maximum trunk diameter on the market, up to 50 cm. The machine has been fully developed based on customer needs, including the following features: an electric chain pump, a highly desirable feature when cutting large and hard logs. This system continuously pumps oil throughout the cutting process instead of a single pulse, ensuring better chain lubrication and longer chain life even in harsh conditions," explains Ville Kairus, after-sales service manager and co-developer of the Japa 505.

Japa 505 also provides easy access to machine data. Through a display on the control panel, the user can: set parameters, monitor machine usage, working time, amount and condition of firewood processed - maintenance needs. This helps to better plan work and maintenance and prolongs the life and reliability of the machine.

The Japa 505 Pro is specifically designed for demanding professional use and offers a number of important additional features and benefits:

- Perfect Split splitting system
Perfect Split produces logs of the same size, ideal for efficient and even combustion - perfect for stoves, fireplaces and commercial applications such as restaurant sales. The Perfect Split partial knife return feature speeds up work, especially when producing short logs.

- In addition to Perfect Split splitting knives, the Japa 505 Pro is also suitable for use with conventional splitting knives. The transition between the Perfect Split system and conventional knives has been simplified for your convenience. Conventional knives are particularly suitable for high volume production and in situations where the size of the final log is not important. In addition, the half-cut function speeds up the processing of short stems.

- Perfect Clean cleaning system
Perfect Clean effectively removes bark, sawdust and dirt from logs by vibration. A separate conveyor belt removes debris, resulting in clean, high-quality firewood.

- Oil cooler
The cooler keeps hydraulic oil at an optimum temperature, prevents overheating, reduces maintenance and extends the life of the machine. It also ensures efficient operation in hot conditions.

- Additional dosing roller
The additional roller on the front of the feed conveyor improves handling of large logs, increases productivity, improves ergonomics and increases safety.
