The COLLINO ADELUX 24 is a professional machine for the complete processing of firewood, able to cover the entire workflow from log feeding, cutting and splitting to transport. The machine consists of an Ø800 mm Widia circular saw, a 5 m long and 400 mm wide conveyor belt and a log splitter with a splitting capacity of 15 tons. The machine is driven by a cardan shaft and requires a minimum power of 45 HP to operate.

In 2024, the Adelux 24 firewood harvester will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity, taking into account operator safety and comfort. The machine is fully hydraulically operated, from the log advancement, lowering and advancing claw, and splitting guide system, controlled by a joystick and a simple control panel with levers. The control panel also provides the possibility to control the splitting and the saw blade, as well as to adjust the lateral deflection of the conveyor belt by +/- 15°.

The machine can be equipped with a log loading unit with chain, which can be connected to the machine by a hydraulic coupling, thus creating a complete firewood processing system.

A 6-way splitting wheel is available as an option, which produces smaller pieces of firewood in a single splitting motion, ideal for processing larger quantities of wood quickly.
