JAPA 365+ PRO automatic cutting and slicing machine

The versatile machine has a wide range of features that are suitable for all firewood producers. The Japa 365 can be operated with the tractor's PTO, electric motor, combined drive (electric motor/PTO) or internal combustion engine (PRO version only).

The machine is controlled by hydraulic levers (joysticks) that conveniently operate all the machine functions: feeding, cutting, splitting.

The machine's hydraulics are optimised for full professional use and allow users to cut and split simultaneously, ensuring high hourly output. The well-designed hydraulic and mechanical power transmission is reflected in the machine's pleasant sound. The Japa 365 is always equipped with hydraulic outlets that allow for a wide range of accessories such as Loglifter log lifters or tray tables.

The Japa® 365 is a step ahead of the competition in its class. The cutting and splitting unit housing is made in one piece, ensuring perfect visibility inside the machine. If necessary, the cutting and splitting operation is interrupted when opening, providing maximum safety.

The cutting system of the Japa 365 is designed by professional firewood manufacturers and tailored to their needs. The loading conveyor is positioned at a perfect angle and, together with the clamping mechanism, ensures ideal stability of the final cut.

The cutting length is freely adjustable. The eccentric on the length stop automatically exits after the cut to ensure that the wood falls quickly and evenly into the splitting chamber.

4, 6 or 8 section splitting knives are available to suit your needs. The splitting grid is fixed to the machine frame, similar to automatic machines designed for all-day loading. This ensures a stable splitting of almost all types of wood. At the same time, the splitting grid does not bend. The splitting ram is larger than usual and, thanks to the pre-adjusted end, ensures that all pieces of fuel are split. The groove at the bottom of the splitting chute extends concavely downwards to ensure spontaneous cleaning of the splitting chute. This allows the operator to concentrate fully on logging.

The 365 PRO version offers hydraulic lever control for maximum efficiency and comfort.
