The very powerful Lumag HC15E shredder is equipped with a 5500 watt, 400 volt three-phase electric motor and a duplex knife drum. The machine is supplied with a safety tool kit (glasses and hearing protection) and a FREE dust cover.

The shredder can be used to prune debris from shrubs to trees. The machine is easy to move on site thanks to the large tyres and tow hook connection (not for road use). This hitch connection can be easily removed. The discharge hopper is hinged, making it very easy to clean the drum, and the discharge hopper is adjustable.

Of course, you can work very safely with this machine, thanks to all the safety features. The powerful 5500 watt motor ensures that branches up to 100 mm can be chopped (continuous 80/90 mm). The large and extra long hopper makes it very easy to load the machine. The 30 cm wide knife drum is equipped with two (reversible) knives and a counter knife. This makes the HC15E a machine that chops everything from branches to pruning debris.

The wood chips are ejected from the machine high up through the pressure tube and the target plate determines the ejection position. The feed hopper is hinged, making cleaning the drum very easy, and the discharge hopper is adjustable so it can be rotated in any direction. So you can decide where you want to place the collection bag (wheelbarrow, trailer, etc.) because the shaft can be adjusted to either side. The very robust loading hopper is hinged, so you can easily lower the loading hopper to one side in case of clogging, cleaning or changing blades.

The machine is perfect for shredding branches, shrubs, hedges, etc. Green waste (such as conifer pruning waste) can also be shredded with the shredder, but the machine is not suitable for handling only leaf waste (such as ferns). The shredded material can, of course, be used perfectly as mulch.
