The Lumag HEZ22 is a vertical (professional) hydraulic log splitter with a splitting force of 22 tons. You can use the machine on 400 V, but you can also choose to use the cardan drive in combination with a tractor (min. 20 HP, TLT speed 540 rpm). The robust and heavy construction guarantees high stability.

It can be easily split into different lengths up to 1.1 m. A great advantage of this type of splitting machine is that the cylinder is located on the outside of the machine. When splitting wood, it is recommended to split longer wood (e.g. 1 metre) to increase the overall working speed. These splits are then sawed to a length of, for example, 30-35 cm. This can be done very quickly with a Lumag swing saw. The minimum splitting length for this machine is 56 cm. If you still want to cut shorter blocks, you will need to place a splitting block on the bottom plate. You can use the machine with 2 different splitting speeds. The slow speed means more power. The Lumag HEZ-22 log splitter is easy to load thanks to the low bottom plate. The right-hand support arm allows the log to be split to stand up, ready for cutting. The log splitter is equipped with extra reinforced three-point suspension (category I + II).

The machine has infinitely adjustable stroke length, so you can determine how high the splitting head should rise. If you want to split 60 cm long logs, you can set the splitting head to stop at 65 cm, for example. This is a huge time saver. The very powerful 5100 Watt motor ensures a pleasant working environment.

The HEZ-22 log splitter is also available with a lifting/windlass as an accessory (not included). This allows you to feed wood (heavy logs) to the machine. For safety reasons, this jack/winch can only be used when the log splitter is mounted on a tractor. The jack/winch shown in the photos is therefore not supplied as standard.
