Vertical Splitting Machine - Tractor PTO - JANSEN TS-30

This is a very heavy duty and robust design. The weight of the splitter alone is 370 kg!

This model is manufactured to the latest EU product safety standard EN 609:2017.

The huge 30 tonne splitting force is achieved by using a tractor (P.T.O. drive, PTO shaft not included).

The built-in log lift is very practical, even heavy logs can be lifted with ease. The log lift can be locked in the upper position when not needed, and in this position it serves as a second guardrail.

The log splitter has 2 speeds: a fast one for moving to the log and a slower one for the splitting process. With a basic spring mechanism, the unit can be operated in 2 different modes.

The splitting wheel automatically returns to the pre-set position (lever can be changed step by step) as soon as the control lever is released. This allows fast and efficient work, as there is no need to manually return the wedge to the top. To use this mode, the spring must be removed.

The splitting wedge remains in place when the handle is released and only returns to the top when the handle is pushed upwards. For this function, the spring must be inserted.

The delivery includes a cross. It is prohibited to use this cross with the log splitter within the European Union. According to the latest EU standard EN 609:2017, it is generally prohibited to use crosses or multiple splits on log splitters. The use of crosses is at your own risk.

All of the devices are very stable and offer powerful performance. You will not find a piece of wood that this splitting machine cannot handle.
