Description
The HOS5N is a horizontal hydraulic Lumag log splitter with a splitting force of 5 tonnes. From 2019, the machine has been equipped with legally compliant protective covers to ensure optimum safety during splitting. You can assemble these guards yourself and remove them when storing the machine, for example. The HOS5N has a sturdy and torsion-free steel construction and a two-hand safety control. The black plate on the right collects the split wood.

HOS5N is equipped as standard with transport wheels and handle for easy handling of the log splitter. The machine has an adjustable return, so you can decide how far back the splitting machine goes after splitting the wood. If you want to split 30 cm long logs, you can set the splitter to stop at 35 cm, for example. This is a huge time saver.

The HOS5N can also be supplied with a 5UGHOS5N stand (the stand shown in the pictures is not standard). Using the stand makes working more comfortable. Of course, you can also place the log splitter on an existing table or base. It is recommended to use the HOS5N with a 10 m neoprene extension cable, which is suitable for the performance of this log splitter. The log splitter is supplied oil filled. Oil type: HLP46.
