Description
With the Jansen AS-600 pruning saw, you can easily cut through branches up to 200 mm thick in seconds. Particularly in the agricultural sector, the AS-600 Pruning Saw is characterised by its smooth running and very clean cut, making it ideal for pruning trees. Hedges and bushes can also be cut with this saw.

3 specially hardened saw blades (each with 80 teeth), 600 mm in diameter and weighing approximately 14 kg. The effective working width of the saw is approximately 1750 mm.

When mounted on a wheel loader, telescopic loader or tractor front loader, the pruning saw is driven hydraulically and via V-belts. The boom can be moved sideways by approximately 1000 mm. The reach from the centre of the front loader support to the saw blades is approximately 1.55 m. The side-mounted counterweight (approximately 265 kg) places minimal load on the swing arm of the carrier vehicle, even when the saw is fully extended. Thanks to the hydraulic tilting mechanism, it can also reach hard-to-reach places.

The scope of delivery includes, in addition to the pruning saw, 2 bearing blocks and the necessary hydraulic hoses. Hydraulic connections required on the carrying vehicle: 3x double acting (for the hydraulic motor of the saw blades a pressure free return would be optimal). Depending on the conditions and requirements, an operating speed of approximately 2-13 km/h is recommended.
