Description
The Japa 435 cutting and splitting machine with the unique patented Perfect Split and Perfect Clean system is a revolutionary innovation in the professional cutting and splitting machine market in Europe. The Perfect Split system is distinguished by its unique splitting principle, where perfect results are always guaranteed. Unlike traditional splitting wedges, this system has been developed to guarantee the same split size every time. The Perfect Clean system with its revolutionary vibrating ratchet ensures that unwanted chips and bark particles are quickly and efficiently removed from the final product.

The cutting and splitting machine is equipped with a high-quality bar that ensures fast and clean cutting of logs up to 43 cm in diameter. The splitting force of 12 tonnes ensures trouble-free splitting of all species of wood. Thanks to the unique principle of progressive splitting, the machine does not need to be equipped with large pistons, which would only prolong the splitting operation. Once the bottom has been chipped, the remaining piece is automatically fed into the splitting trough and then split again. This process is repeated automatically until the cut piece is completely processed. An appropriately positioned sensor detects whether or not it needs to be re-sliced. The standard equipment includes 1 slitting grid. It is entirely up to the customer whether he chooses 4, 6 or 8 cross bars.

The machine is equipped with 2 hydraulic outlets that allow easy connection of the tray table. From the central control panel, the feeding of the logs on the X- and Y-axis can be controlled in both directions, allowing the manipulation of curved logs. The feeding belt is connected to the toothed rollers of the tray table by means of a pushing roller, suitably positioned near the bar. When the length stop is reached, the feeding into the machine is automatically switched off to prevent wear of the belt. After cutting, the piece is pushed into the slitting chute where the slitting process starts automatically. The cleaning of the chips on the vibrating grid and the subsequent feeding is fully automatic on the exit side and on the height-adjustable conveyor belt.

The Japa 435 is equipped with a revolutionary operating system that can measure the daily and total processed quantity. It is the ideal assistant to control the quantity of logs to be purchased or to create an hourly standard for the operator. Another unique feature is the possibility for the service technician to remotely access the machine (the machine must be connected to the internet via Wifi network), when service operations can be detected and carried out. If the machine is stolen, the machine can be locked remotely to prevent further operation.
