Very powerful Lumag HC20HZ gimbal-driven branch crusher with hydraulic feed cylinder. The maximum inlet diameter is 20 cm.

This feed roller grips the wood being fed and pulls it in evenly. The feeding speed is adjustable. The efficiency of the branch chipper is significantly increased. Even the most twisted branches are easily pulled in and shredded. The feed roller is truly indispensable when feeding thorny or prickly branches. The advantage of the feed roller is that the knives are fed at a constant and even speed. It takes care of the vibrations that are normally felt when feeding the wood into the chipper. Leafy pruning debris (for example branches with many leaves) is also easily and evenly fed in by the roller. You can, of course, stop the roller and turn it "backwards" if necessary, for example in case of clogging.

The minimum power of the cardan drive is 20 HP. The cardan shaft is not included. The three-point suspension Cat. I. The shredder has a 360° adjustable discharge chute and an articulated discharge chute. This means that you can easily clean the machine.

Of course, you can work very safely with this machine thanks to all the safety features. The powerful tractor drive (min. 20 HP) ensures that you can chop branches up to 20 cm. The large and extra long hopper makes it very easy to load the machine. This makes the HC20HZ a machine that chops everything from branches to pruning debris.

The wood chips are ejected from the machine high up through the pressure tube and the target plate determines the ejection position. The discharge chute (height 75 cm) is adjustable. This allows you to decide where you want to place the collection bag (wheelbarrow, trailer, etc.), because the axle can be adjusted to all sides. The hydraulic tank holds 26.5 litres of hydraulic oil and is equipped with a temperature gauge. The tank is mounted on the underside of the shredder and provides optimum weight distribution. The very robust insertion horn is hinged so that it can be easily lowered to one side for clogging, cleaning or blade replacement.

The machine perfectly shreds branches, shrubs, hedges, etc. Green waste (such as conifer pruning waste) can also be shredded with the shredder, but the machine is not suitable for handling only leaf waste (such as ferns). The shredded material can, of course, be used perfectly as mulch.
