The Lumag HEZ30 is a vertical (professional) hydraulic log splitter with a splitting force of 30 tons. You can use the machine on 400 V, but you can also choose the TLT connection in combination with a tractor (min. 20 HP, TLT speed 540 rpm). The robust and heavy construction guarantees high stability.

It can be easily split into different lengths up to 1.1 m. A great advantage of this type of splitting machine is that the cylinder is located on the outside of the machine. When splitting wood, it is recommended to split longer trees (e.g. 1 metre) to increase the overall working speed. These splits are then sawed to a length of, for example, 30-35 cm. This can be done very quickly with a Lumag tilting saw. The minimum splitting length for this machine is 56 cm. If you still want to cut shorter blocks, you may need to place a basic splitting block on the bottom plate. You can use the machine with 2 different splitting speeds. The slow speed is useful for higher performance and the high speed is useful when the splitting job is easier. The Lumag HEZ30 log splitter is easy to load thanks to the low bottom plate. The right hand holder can be used as a lifting arm. This allows the log to be split to stand up. The log splitter is equipped with an extra reinforced three-point suspension (category I + II), so you can easily operate the machine with a tractor.

The machine is equipped with infinitely adjustable stroke length, so you can determine how far the cutting head should go up. If you want to split 60 cm long logs, you can set the splitting head to stop at 65 cm, for example. This is a huge time saver. The very powerful 5500 watt motor ensures a pleasant working environment.

The switch/plug combination is equipped with a phase switch option. With 400 volt machines, you can operate the motor to the left or right. This also depends on the extension cable connection. A screwdriver in the switch allows you to easily "reverse" the machine so that it always rotates in the right direction. The machine is equipped with large transport wheels as standard.

The HEZ30 log splitter is also available with a hoist/winch as an accessory. This allows you to lift wood (heavy logs) or lift it in the direction of the log splitter. For safety reasons, this jack/winch can only be used when the log splitter is mounted on a tractor. (The jack/winch shown in the pictures is therefore not included.)
