Description
Sawing machine ARG 260 plus Universal band sawing machine. Designed for continuous use. For various plants (locksmith, maintenance, mechanical engineering, etc.). Band saw blade 27x0,9 mm, which gives a more stable cut than narrower blades. Also recommended for cutting INOX, alloyed solid materials, tool steel. The band saw frame is lifted by hand, the cutting feed is provided by the weight of the machine frame, which can be continuously adjusted by an oil-damped butterfly valve. When the cut is completed, the band saw drive motor is automatically switched off. Lifting the frame is facilitated by an adjustable pull spring, which allows the optimal force required to lift the frame to be adjusted.

- Angle cutting possible in both directions, up to 60° right and 45° left per degree. The machine and the saw blade rotate around the material so that the saw blade does not cut into the surface when the workpiece is clamped in the vice.
- A simple locking mechanism locks the scale for cutting 45°, 60° and 90°.
- The machine frame is made of robust, vibration absorbing grey alloy cast iron.
- The large base and powerful arm pivot system, as well as the large load-bearing surfaces, ensure outstanding stability of this machine, even when the workpieces to be cut are difficult to machine.

- The machine is equipped with a complete cooling system. The powerful pump is adjustable and it is possible to adjust the cooling heads in both directions. The coolant tank can be placed in the base of the machine.
