Description
ARG 300 S.A.F. bandsaw Universal, robust bandsaw. Designed for continuous use. Can be installed in various plants (locksmith, maintenance, machine building, etc.). Band saw blade 27x0,9 mm, which gives a more stable cut than narrower blades. Also recommended for cutting INOX, alloyed solid materials, tool steel. The machine is equipped with a heavy duty industrial hydraulic unit. At the push of a single switch, the machine performs the complete cutting cycle: material clamping, clamping, start of cooling, cutting, stop of cooling, lifting of the frame to the original position and release of the vise. The hydraulically controlled saw band significantly increases efficiency, especially for larger series and for heavily alloyed materials. When switched to manual mode, all functions are performed by the hydraulics at the touch of a button. The hydraulic unit allows the vise to clamp the material at the required pressure. The material is moved by manual force. Maximum cutting efficiency is guaranteed by the frequency converter, which allows the optimum saw blade speed to be set between 15 and 90 m/min, which contributes significantly to increased cutting speed, accuracy and saw blade life - The desired cutting angle can be adjusted in one direction per degree in the range 90°-60° when the workpiece is clamped in the vise - A simple locking mechanism allows 45°, 60° and 90° cuts to be locked on scale. - The machine frame is made of robust, vibration-absorbing grey alloy cast iron - The large base and powerful arm pivot system, as well as the large load-bearing surfaces, ensure outstanding stability of this machine, even when the workpieces to be cut are difficult to machine. - Modern concept allows a large cutting range both vertically and angularly when cutting - Simple vice mechanism, the desired cutting angle can be easily set on a simple scale - Maximum cutting precision! Carbide inserts guide the band saw blade on three sides - Maximum saw blade life in this category - Bearing arrangement of the running wheels and tensioner system ensure long life of all rotating parts - Professional, noiseless and maintenance-free belt drive by an industrial electric motor with a worm gear drive - The machine is equipped with a complete cooling system. The powerful pump is adjustable and it is possible to adjust the cooling heads in both directions. Coolant tank can be placed in the machine base - Simple controls with ergonomically placed controls - 500 mm articulated workpiece stop system. The articulated system prevents the workpiece from jamming during cutting.
