Description
The R-150 Standard roller chipper is designed and manufactured entirely by Remet CNC Technology for cutting branches up to 13 cm in diameter. The structure of the cutting mechanism is welded and can be completely disassembled, ensuring adequate rigidity and durability. The cutting mechanism is precisely made on a CNC machining center to ensure the right quality, accuracy and co-axiality, which means a long life of the parts and the whole device. Minimum/recommended power: 45/80 HP. Internal width of the mechanism: 220 mm. Max. branch cutting diameter (fresh soft wood): 130 mm. Max. branch cutting diameter (fresh hardwood): 110 mm. Max. branch cutting diameter (dry hardwood): 100 mm. Distance between axles: 150 mm. The thickness of the knives: 12 mm. The diameter of the gears: 280 mm. Thickness of the housing of the cutting mechanism: 20 mm. Recommended speed of the cardan shaft: 540 rpm (right). Making cutting knives: Wear-resistant steel with increased hardness.
