The RT-630 disc chipper is designed for chopping branches, logs up to 12 cm in diameter and other wood materials such as sawmill cuttings. The thickness of the resulting wood chips can be adjusted by four interchangeable blades (made of wear-resistant steel), adjusting their position relative to the counter-blade. The blades are bolted to a 620 mm diameter cutting disc, which gives them a boost thanks to their weight.

The chopper is fitted with covers to ensure safe working. The outlet tube can be rotated 360° to direct the chip flow in the desired direction. The shredder is characterised by high efficiency and high working comfort. The resulting shavings can be used as fuel (suitable for screw feeders), compost or mulch.

The chipper is driven via the transmission shaft from the tractor's TLT (right-hand rotation). We recommend the use of transmission shafts with shear pin clutch (available from our offer); in case of overloading the machine, the pin is sheared, which disengages the drive. The roller bearings are lubricated by calipers in the bearing housing.
