Equipped with hydraulic suction rollers, the RT-720R disc chipper is designed for chopping branches, logs up to 17 cm in diameter and other wood materials. The thickness of the harvested wood chips can be adjusted by varying the feed speed through the guide rollers. The blades (made of wear-resistant steel) are bolted to the cutting disc and have a diameter of 720 mm, which gives it a high momentum thanks to its weight (85 kg).

The shredder is equipped with a safety switch and guards to ensure safe operation. The outlet pipe can be rotated 360° to direct the flow of chips in the desired direction. The shredder is characterised by high efficiency and a high degree of comfort. The resulting shavings can be used as fuel (suitable for screw feeders) or as compost or mulch under bushes.

The shredder is driven by a cardan shaft from the tractor's TLT (right-hand rotation). We recommend using a cardan shaft with shear pin; if the machine is overloaded, the pin is sheared off, which disengages the drive.
