The JANSEN® BX-42RS is the smallest, but most powerful hydraulically fed tractor shredder in our BX series. Even in this size class, the JANSEN® BX-42RS is packed with impressive features to ensure efficient wood chipping and shredding. This tractor shredder is therefore the ideal choice for farmers, gardeners and anyone looking for a reliable and powerful solution for chipping wood.

Hydraulic feed:
Hydraulic feed makes the job easier and more efficient. The two large feed rollers automatically feed and chop the material without any additional work.

The dosing speed can be varied:
Variable feed roller speeds allow you to adapt the machine to different material diameters. From small diameters to large diameters - it does it all. The maximum diameter of the material to be shredded is 10 cm.

Safe operation and powerful drive:
The included PTO and integrated safety shear pin make the JANSEN® BX-42RS compatible with tractors up to 80 HP. The robust construction ensures safe and reliable performance. This machine requires a tractor engine with a minimum power of 25-30 HP and 540 RPM PTO.

Solid construction and low maintenance:
The material thickness of this shredder ensures durability. The machine is designed to be low-maintenance, and the flywheel cover can be opened with a single screw to access the four blades. These knives are double-sided and can be rotated if required.

Practical design for flexibility:
The easy-folding chute and swiveling discharge chute offer easy transport and adaptability to different working conditions. The optional 50 cm discharge chute extension can be purchased separately.
