The hydraulic feeder makes chopping a real pleasure. Two feed rollers feed the wood evenly. The speed of the feed rollers can be continuously adjusted by means of a control valve. It is important that the feed rate is adapted to the diameter of the material to be crushed. Smaller diameters can be shredded faster than larger diameters.

A lever on the hopper allows the rollers to be disengaged. The feed roller is driven by tractor hydraulics. Pressure supply and pressure-free recirculating or dual-acting control device, minimum 40 l/min.

The crusher is supplied with the universal joint. A shear pin is fitted on one side of the cardan shaft, which for safety reasons serves as a predetermined breaking point in the event of jamming or overloading. It can also be used without problems on larger tractors over 100 HP.

The tractor must have at least 55 horsepower. The PTO shaft speed must be 540 rpm.

The filling funnel must have a 91 x 70 cm opening at the top and a 21 x 29 cm opening at the bottom. The maximum diameter of fresh wood that can be chipped is 16 cm.

The rear part of the hopper can be easily folded and fixed.

Maintenance of the machine is very easy, the entire flywheel cover can be opened by loosening only one screw and you have access to four cutting blades. The cutting blades are double-sided so that they can be rotated when needed, doubling the life of the blades. The flywheel weighs 58 kg and has "wings" that form a very strong pulling force, which allows the crushed material to be blown through the discharge funnel. Clogging of the crusher is almost impossible!

The height of the discharge hopper is approximately 190 cm (plus the lower stroke) and it can be rotated through 360 degrees. The angle of discharge is also very easy to change. The grinder ejects the crushed material up to 10 metres away!

The machine is designed for three-point suspension and can be used from category I.
