Metal cutting machine - Inventor
Suspension-mounted shredder suitable for shredding dry and wet hardwood and softwood branches and trimmings. Can be used for chipping wood, heavy foliage and branches from fruit tree and vine pruning and tree felling. The RT 73 H tractor-mounted disc chipper is designed for tractors from 20 to 60 HP and is equipped with a cutting disc with 4 blades. The diameter of the grinding aperture is 200 mm. The nominal thickness of the branches to be cut is 120 mm and the length of the chips can be adjusted from 5 to 22 mm as required. The disc diameter is 730 mm and the weight is 110 kg. The discharge hopper can be rotated within a limited range, taking into account the safety of operation. The branches are picked up by hydraulic motors which feed the feeding shafts from the hydraulic system of the tractor. The rotation speed of the disc varies between 540 and 700 rpm. The machine weighs 320 kg. The yield depends on the range, orientation and handling capacity of the wood - 7 m³/h (2,4 t).
