Description
T-REX 500 is the true king of artSteel's shredders designed for industrial use. Every component of the machine is laser cut and edge-bent steel to provide a rugged, durable machine with enhanced performance to support the success and efficiency of your business.
The heart of the T-REX machine is a 22 horsepower engine with a total of 200 kg of flywheel. It comes in a two blade (+1 counter blade) design and is equipped with dual side cyclones for more efficient blowing. The platform is part Knott with torsion axle, downhaul, 2T coupling head, equipped with fake certificates. It is important to know that all the parts of our branch crusher (including the shredder blades) are fully manufactured by our company, so we can provide you with a continuous supply if needed. The chipper is equipped with a white number plate, which allows you to tow it anywhere and in any conditions.

What is the performance of the artSteel TREX-500 petrol engine shredder?
The hopper measures 270 mm x 280 mm from the blades. The machine has a remarkably impressive capacity of 8-10 m³/hour. Maximum branch thickness is 12 cm. The hopper has an active braking system to control the thickness of the branches to be chopped. It is also equipped with a protective rubber mat to catch the dust generated during chopping and grinding. The outlet chimney can be rotated 360 degrees. The size of the chips is between 20 and 25 mm.
