For sale KMS FES 500 flat tile cutting machine!

"L" shaped cutting plane: 5 horizontal + 5 vertical + 2 tilting saw blades.
Tractor front-mounted flat moulder with hydraulic power pack.
This machine is a flatbed cutter with "Z" kinematics and a profile resembling an "L" shape. The vertical stem of the "L" shape has 5 discs (2 m cutting width) + 2 additional discs (0,8 m) mechanically adjustable and tiltable at the bottom. The horizontal arm of the "L" shape can cut a width of 2 m with 5 discs.

The machine works in "I" shape when opened up to a height of 8,0 m.
When used in "L" shape, the machine works up to 5.0 m in height in the horizontal plane.
The hydraulic power for the machine is supplied by the tractor hydraulics, but the hydraulic power for the saw blades is supplied by the hydraulic power unit (equipped with 2 pumps, oil cooler, filter), which is connected to the rear 3 points of the tractor.
The machine is controlled via an electro-hydraulic block from an electric control panel in the cab.
The horizontal blade support unit is equipped with a safety slide (when cutting branches that are too thick, the blade support unit can move backwards without damaging the boom support and frame).
The machine is supplied with hydraulic oil.
